DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE - FIVE YEAR EXECUTIVE TRACK
Term:  5 years (8/15/2024 - 8/14/2029)

Description: This position evolves over five years such that the incumbent will fill the positions of PDW Chair, Program Chair-Elect, Program Chair, Division Chair-Elect, and ultimately Division Chair. Role descriptions for each of the five positions are elaborated in the companion document to the division by- laws

DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE-AT-LARGE
Term:  3 years (8/15/2024 - 8/14/2027)

Description: • Assist with the planning and implementation of divisional and/or joint divisional activities during his/her term in office. • Act as a liaison with counterparts in other divisions as well as coordinating ODC Division volunteers recruited for the purposes of assisting in these events. • Act as a conduit for communication with Division members by gathering news on and of interest to members for inclusion in all Division communications. • Assume any other responsibilities requested (by the Division Chair and/or Board) and agreed to.

Represent the views of student members at Executive Committee and Business meetings; iii. Assist the Division Chair-Elect with the Doctoral Student Consortium; and iv. Assume any other responsibilities requested by the Division Chair and/or Executive Committee and agreed to.
