DIVISION PDW CHAIR
Term:  1 year (8/15/2024 - 8/14/2025)

Description: Holders of this position will automatically progress through the full FOUR-year leadership cycle of PDW Chair (year 1), Program Chair (year 2), Division Chair (year 3), and Past Division Chair (year 4). The PDW Chair shall: (1) Develop and coordinate the MOC Professional Development Workshops and other preconference activities at the Annual Meeting including the MOC Division Social Hour; and (2) Assist the Program Chair with the development and coordination of the MOC program at the Annual Meeting, as needed.

DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE-AT-LARGE (GENERAL)
Term:  3 years (8/15/2024 - 8/14/2027)

Description: The Division Representative‐at‐Large (General) shall: (1) Assist with the planning and implementation of one of the MOC In the Rough PDWs or MOC Connecting. These efforts may include acting as liaison with program counterparts in other divisions as well as coordinating MOC Division volunteers recruited for the purposes of assisting in these events; (2) Act as a conduit for communication with Divisional members and represent the views of the general membership at Executive Committee and Business Meetings; (3) Assume any other responsibilities requested by the Division Chair and/or Executive Committee.

Description: The Doctoral Student Representatives-at‐Large shall: (1) Maintain contact with the Division’s student members through regular communications with student members; (2) Represent the views of doctoral students at Executive Committee and Business meetings; (3) Assist with organizing one of the MOC In the Rough PDWs and/or MOC Connecting; (4) Coordinate with the MOC Ambassadors lead; (5) Assume any other responsibilities requested by the Division Chair and/or the Executive Committee.

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE-AT-LARGE

Description: Holders of this position are post-PhD at institutions outside the US. The Divisional International Representative‐at‐Large shall: (1) Assist with the planning and implementation of one of the MOC In the Rough PDWs or MOC Connecting. These efforts may include acting as liaison with program and other division counterparts, particularly those outside the US, as well as coordinating MOC Division volunteers recruited for the purposes of assisting in these events; (2) Act as a conduit for communication with Divisional members and represent the views of the general and international membership at Executive Committee and Business Meetings; (3) Assume any other responsibilities requested by the Division Chair and/or Executive Committee.
